"A very prominent adventurer who used to consider himself an ally of our armies has recently moved over to the Iron Hand Rebels. Andras was the best scout we had, and his knowledge of the lands was essential in discovering the true scope and size of the Sands. His desertion is a great blow to the city. We'd like to bring him back, but attempts have failed. Rather than let his knowledge fall in to the wrong hands, we must take the ultimate step. Head to the Fortified Iron Hand Rebel Camp and use this map, the last that he created for us, to discover his location. Return to me when the task is done."
